For four weeks in July and August of 2007 we held discussion groups,
met one-on-one, solicited "unfriendly" clergy, found straight allies,
created a PFAG and an Other Sheep East Africa chapter, spoke live
from a radio studio, met LGBT activists, and distributed liturature. It was
non stop -- rewarding and fun.
Photo at far right:
Unfortunately, for the most part, you will not see the winsome faces and
smiles, the meditative looks, the laughter and facial expressions of
affection and thanks; some gays can be open and they are pictured in
our photo gallery along with some straight friends who can be published.
